1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fileify service, available at fileify.app. By using this service, you agree to these terms without reservation.

2. Service Description

Fileify is an online service for creating professional documents (resumes, cover letters, etc.) assisted by artificial intelligence. The service offers:

• Document creation via a conversational AI interface
• Document export in PDF format
• Saving and managing your documents

3. Service Access

To use Fileify, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Comply with these terms of service

4. Credit System

Fileify operates on a credit system. Each new user receives 2 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased. One credit allows you to generate one complete document. Purchased credits are valid indefinitely and are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The documents you create with Fileify belong to you. However, the Fileify service, its interface, source code, and algorithms remain the exclusive property of DMKreation. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

6. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Fileify, you agree to this processing in accordance with GDPR.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fileify is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. DMKreation shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the service, particularly concerning the outcome of your job applications.

8. Changes to Terms

DMKreation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
